https://teachingreflection.autummcaines.com/ is a site that I built and maintain to help faculty reflect on their teaching. It is a recreation of the tool built by the Center for Research in Learning and Teaching at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor in a more web native format. The tools ask faculty to reflect on how often they employ different elements of teaching across five different domains: Critical Engagement of Difference, Academic Belonging, Transparency, Structured Interaction, and Flexibility. Faculty reflect on each proposed practice, how often they use it, if they want to use it more, or if it is something they don’t think fits with their teaching. At the end of each tool the option to save/print their responses is given.
